How to Reach Our Apartment in Via del Pigneto, 69 from Ciampino Airport

There are several ways to get from Ciampino Airport (CIA) to the city center and then to Pigneto.

🚍 Option 1 – Public Transport (ATAC) – €1.50

  • Take Bus 520 from Ciampino Airport to Cinecittà (Metro A).

  • From Cinecittà, take Metro A towards San Giovanni.

  • At San Giovanni, change to Metro C and get off at Pigneto.

  • Tickets cost €1.50 and are valid for 100 minutes across buses, trams, and metro.

🚌 Option 2 – SIT Bus Shuttle – €11

  • Direct bus from Ciampino Airport to Roma Termini Station.

  • From Termini, take Metro A towards San Giovanni, then change to Metro C for Pigneto.

  • Direct bus from Ciampino Airport to Roma Termini Station (approx. 40–45 minutes).

How to Reach Our Apartment in Via del Pigneto, 69 from Fiumicino Airport (FCO)

There are several easy ways to get from Fiumicino Airport to the city center and then to Pigneto.

🚄 Option 1 – Leonardo Express Train – €14

  • Non-stop train from Fiumicino Airport (Terminal 3) to Roma Termini in about 30 minutes.

  • From Termini: take Metro A to San Giovanni, then change to Metro C and get off at Pigneto.

🚆 Option 2 – Regional FL1 Train – €8

  • Departs from Fiumicino Airport to stations like Ostiense, Tuscolana, Trastevere, or Tiburtina (not Termini).

  • From one of these stations, continue with metro or tram connections to reach Pigneto.

  • A cheaper alternative, but requires an extra change.

🚌 Option 3 – Shuttle Bus (Terravision, SIT, Schiaffini) – €7–9
